Description
Light posture support for everyday life
This posture vest with adjustable back support is designed to provide light, flexible support around the upper body. The design serves as a physical reminder of posture and is suitable when, for example, working at a desk, studying, or carrying out other everyday activities.
The wide shoulder straps and adjustable waist band make it easy to adapt the fit to your body. The back section sits close to the upper body and, together with the straps, provides a stable and comfortable feel without restricting normal freedom of movement.
The breathable material makes the vest practical to use for shorter periods at home, at work, or while studying. It can be worn under or over clothing, depending on what feels most comfortable.
We recommend starting with shorter periods of use and gradually increasing the time according to what feels comfortable. Take regular breaks and combine its use with normal movement and activity.

Materials
- Polyester
- Nylon
- Elastane

- Hook-and-loop fasteners
Important information: The posture vest should fit comfortably and should not be tightened so much that it causes significant pressure or restricts movement. Stop using it if you experience pain, numbness, skin irritation, or other clear discomfort.
