This posture corrector is designed to provide light, flexible support around the shoulders and upper back. The design acts as a physical reminder of your posture and is suitable, for example, when working while seated.
The adjustable straps make it easy to adapt the fit to your body. The support can be worn under or over clothing and adjusted so that it fits comfortably without creating excessive pressure.
The posture corrector is intended for use during limited periods and not as a substitute for your body’s own muscle activity, movement, or exercise. Start with approximately 30 minutes per day and gradually increase the usage time if needed, provided the support feels comfortable. As a general guideline, use should be limited to approximately 1–3 hours per day and should not exceed 3 hours. The product should not be worn continuously throughout the day. Take regular breaks and combine its use with normal movement and muscle activity.
