Measure your blood pressure easily and safely at home

With a digital upper arm blood pressure monitor, you can easily check your blood pressure and pulse at home. The Terraillon TB251 is designed for regular blood pressure measurement and suits you if you want to track your readings over time or take occasional checks.

The adjustable cuff is placed around the upper arm and the measurement is taken automatically. The result is shown on a large, clear LED display where you can easily read systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse.

Clear readings with color indicator

The blood pressure monitor has a built-in color indicator based on the WHO blood pressure classification. It provides visual guidance on your readings and makes it easier to notice whether your blood pressure is within or outside the specified levels.

The monitor also has an indicator that can alert you to an irregular heartbeat during measurement.

Track your blood pressure over time

If you measure your blood pressure regularly, a practical memory function stores up to 199 measurements per user. You can easily go back and compare previous readings to follow changes over time.

The blood pressure monitor can also calculate the average of the three most recent measurements, giving you a clearer picture of your recorded readings.

With two separate user profiles, two people in the same household can use the monitor without mixing up their results. There is also a guest mode for occasional measurements that are not saved.

Adjustable upper arm cuff

The included cuff fits upper arms with a circumference of 22–42 cm and can be adjusted to sit comfortably around the arm.

To help ensure correct measurement, the blood pressure monitor has a warning function that alerts you if the cuff is positioned incorrectly or if you move during measurement. It can also indicate if you are talking, as this can affect the result.

Easy to use at home and on the go

The blood pressure monitor is powered by four AAA batteries, which are included, but can also be connected to power via USB-C. This makes it flexible to use both at home and when you are traveling.

The large display makes the readings easy to read, while the automatic shut-off helps save battery. A practical storage pouch is included for easy storage and transport.

How to measure your blood pressure on the upper arm

1. Sit comfortably with your back supported and both feet on the floor. Rest for at least five minutes before measuring.
2. Place the cuff directly against the skin of your upper arm according to the instructions for use.
3. Rest your arm on a table at heart level and make sure the cuff is positioned correctly.
4. Start the measurement and sit still without talking until the result appears on the display.
5. Read your blood pressure and pulse and save the result for future comparison.

To be able to compare your readings, it is a good idea to measure at roughly the same time of day and under similar conditions.

Regular exercise and physical activity are also important parts of a healthy everyday life. If you walk a lot, insoles can be a comfortable complement that provides extra support and comfort in your shoes.

Important information

The blood pressure monitor is intended for measuring and monitoring blood pressure and pulse. The results do not replace a medical assessment and must not be used to diagnose yourself or to change prescribed medication. The irregular heartbeat indicator is not a diagnostic function.

Do not use the cuff on an arm with an injury, vascular access such as a dialysis shunt, or an ongoing infusion. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and check that the cuff fits your upper arm.
