    Description

Three resistance bands for varied training

The HEAD Latex Resistance Bands 3-pack gives you three bands with different resistance levels in one package. The color shows the level: the yellow band provides light resistance (9 kg), the blue band medium resistance (14 kg) and the red band heavy resistance (18 kg). This lets you adapt the resistance to each exercise and increase the load as you get stronger.

The bands are made of high-quality latex that provides even and durable resistance, even with intensive use. According to the manufacturer, the latex is tested and certified to European standards. The latex can be stretched to 6–7 times its original length without losing its shape and feels soft against the skin.

The resistance bands are suitable for many full-body exercises, for example for the legs, glutes, arms and shoulders, and work both as a warm-up and as part of strength training. They are light and take up little space, so they are easy to bring along in your gym bag or backpack.

Important information: The bands contain natural rubber latex and should not be used if you have a latex allergy. Check the bands before each use and do not use them if the material shows signs of cracks, damage or heavy wear. Use the bands in a controlled manner and avoid stretching them toward your face.
